NEW TEST & MEASUREMENT TECHNOLOGIES

Automated RF Diagnostic Prober

Huntron has introduced the new Access RF Prober for automated fault diagnosis on RF boards. Using Near Field measurement techniques, the Access RF can precisely and consistently place the Antenna (probe) to accurately measure expected values.

As density and complexity increase, RF PCB assemblies become more difficult for standardised equipment to reliably probe and test. The Access RF overcomes these limitations, reduces labour costs, and offers a minimum 10:1 throughput increase over manual fault diagnosis.

High Performance 2-in-1 Protocol & Logic Analyser

The BF6264B BusFinder is targeted at memory chips including the eMMC5.1, NAND Flash, SD3.0/SDIO, SD4.0(UHS-II), SPI NAND,
and SPI Flash.

The BusFinder works as either a protocol analyser or a logic analyser,
or both. This unique feature helps engineers in the Flash Memory
industry to solve design problems by using just one instrument. The BusFinder has very deep memory of 32 Gb/4 GBytes and supports
the transitional storage techniques. It is also a 4 GHz, 64 Channel
high performance logic analyser. Can work with a DSOs to form
an MSO.

Economical Mixed-Signal Oscilloscope with Optional ARB

The new MSO-2000 Series Mixed Signal Oscilloscopes offer many class leading specifications and features. They boast a waveform update rate of 120,000 wfm/s and 10M memory depth per channel to allow users to completely retrieve and analyse complex waveforms. The MSO-2000E models have a built-in 16-channel Logic Analyser, and the MSO-2000EA models also incorporate a dual channel 25MHz Arbitrary Waveform Generator.

4 GHz / 272+ Channel PC-Controlled Logic Analyser

Acute announces the LA3000 Series Logic Analysers with 4 GHz sampling rate, 250 MHz state analysis, and deep memory of 32Gb / 4 GBytes. This performance makes it an ideal debugging tool for FPGA and other semiconductor design engineers.  The user may cascade 2 x 136-channel models to 272 channels or even more if needed. The LA3000 also performs as a protocol analyser and can work with any major brand DSO to form an MSO.
